GDN 2015 Annual Global Development Conference: LACEA's presentations

On June 11-13, 2015, GDN’s 2015 Annual Global Development Conference took place in Casablanca, Morocco. The conference was organized around the major theme of Agriculture for Sustainable Growth: Challenges and Opportunities for a new ‘Green Revolution’ and featured some of the work supported by GDN and its Regional Network Partners, as well as research studies from all over the world.

The objective of the conference was to facilitate a better understanding on the nature and prospects of ‘green revolution’ globally, drawing on the insights from experiences around the world, to foster dialogue among young and experienced researchers, experts, practitioners and various government organizations who are working towards making their respective region more sustainable in agriculture and food security.
